The "I" in ARINA stands for Integrating because individual and social change and development depend on (1) everyone learning more from everything that is done and experienced, and (2) how the learning is put to long-term use.
Learning happens continuously, in every human action and interaction, every moment alone and with others, every meeting, every conflict, every effort, every day. Do we know how to consciously recognize and integrate the learning so we can use it to be more effective? We are often so busy doing we forget about consciously learning and integrating it.
If we want to foster change and development elsewhere, we first have to become expert learners who can foster our own change and development. Our efforts will be more successful when we can share our expertise in conscious learning. This will help others accelerate their learning, too. (We support Associates who do this.
