ARINA | Become an Inaugural Year Associate

We’ll start with defining our terms. We use inaugural in the sense of marking the beginning of the Associates dimension of ARINA. Associates are 21^st Century change agents, the core actors ARINA supports by its work in the world.

Associates follow their own missions and passions

with the new kinds of effective

processes, growth, and network support

they gain from engaging as ARINA Associates.

Any individuals or organizations in the world that want to benefit from a network-and- laboratory of thinking, learning, teaching, and co-creating, which can help the extend the reach and qualitative impact of their work.

If you find that you answer “Yes” to any of these questions – or questions like them – you will have answers that are important to you. If you know any other people who have been asking such questions, we hope you invite them to check out being an Associate.

. Offer your own integral-quality-approved programs through ARINA and extend the reach of your work!

. Meet and network with other change agents with shared interests & efforts – perhaps find new partners for kindred work!

. Put every learning, thought, inspiration, and experiment to productive use – we aim to structure all endeavors in Our ARINA Room so contributions do not get lost in cyber-space!

. Develop new forms of expertise, and so be better equipped to “be the change” you wish to see in the world!

. Participate in, contribute to, and evaluate the evolution of an integral community culture.

. Learn and develop integral approaches by employing them experientially, with others who are also learning by doing.

. Build integral approaches into your designs – of current work, daily living, even ARINA projects!

. Inaugural Year Associates enjoy the added benefits of contributing to ARINA’s early shape in the world, and paving the way for future Associates!

As an individual or as an organization, you can register with your own name, your email address, and your payment of the Inaugural Year Associate Engagement Fee. This fee offsets part of the costs of ARINA’s commitment to provide and maintain Our ARINA Room’s infrastructure, which supports and helps to manifest the Network and its work.

Associating, in general terms, is the way ARINA aims to equip and support you with the ways and means to develop effective answers for your questions that are instrumental to pursuing your mission in this complex world. ARINA has valuable insights, resources, and approaches that are hard to find elsewhere—and it wants to make them widely available! ARINA exists to equip and support your use of them so your work is more transformative and enduring. Through that process, and others, it aims to build a collegial network that supports, promotes, and extends the reach of your work and new forms of work in development, complex issues, and transformative social change.

Since ARINA’s mission is concerned with addressing complex challenges, the resources we want to share with Associates are not simple 1-2-3 steps or tools to put into a toolbox. Rather, they are processes, understandings, and practices to integrate, practice, and apply in everyday use! These will serve you, your work, others, and the planet long and well.

Inaugural Year Associates are pioneers who will help ARINA refine its notions of the most user-friendly, relevant forms of Associate orientation, benefits, learning, and engagement. We will discover together the most effective ways to communicate ARINA’s philosophy, operating principles, and praxis. We’ll discover that in the spirit of fostering the acting / researching / integrating network that ARINA is. Those standards under gird the new kinds of productive, transformative work required to foster sustained, healthy effectiveness for how complex issues are understood and addressed by individuals, organizations, communities, institutions, and governments.

ARINA will pay special recognition to Inaugural Year Associates as the important pioneers they are, at the end of this inaugural year. We will publish a permanent list of their names and countries (with permission) in the About ARINA page of this website. They will also be able to renew their annual Associate Engagement at a discount from the 2006 Annual Associate Engagement Fee Schedule they help ARINA develop!
