ARINA's flagship process, The Integral Process For Working On Complex Issues, is replicable for use on virtually any issue, and is transportable to private, public, and organizational settings.

Our strategy is to model, teach, and help you apply new approaches when you confront the challenges of complex issues. They are complex because they are woven into our individual, social, cultural, and political fabrics where they can challenge efforts to foster change, development, and transformation at any scale. ARINA is an acronym for Acting / Researching / Integrating Network Associates. ARINA works with and equips others experientially with core capacities required to foster complex social change.
